Shipping policy

This policy sets forth the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products sold by the Company.

(iii) Business stoppage, strike, etc. of delivery company or public transportation

(Handling of cases where delivery is not completed)
1 In the event that delivery cannot be completed for any of the following reasons, the Company may collect the Product and charge the Customer for the costs incurred in collecting the Product (including the delivery company's fees, etc.). In addition, the Company may, at its own discretion, terminate the contract regarding the relevant Product.
(i) The delivery address is not available and the customer does not request re-delivery within the delivery company's retention period.
(ii) the delivery address information is incorrect and delivery cannot be made

(2) In the case specified in the preceding paragraph, if the Company incurs any damage, the Company may claim compensation (including reasonable attorney's fees) from the customer for such damage. 1 We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or damage to goods caused by reasons attributable to the delivery company.
2. In the event of any trouble or dispute with the delivery company, the customer shall resolve such trouble or dispute at the customer's responsibility and expense, and the Company shall have no obligation to be involved in any way in such trouble or dispute.

In the event that we outsource delivery to a delivery company, please contact the delivery company directly for any inquiries regarding delivery.
(Relationship with the Terms of Service)
1 This policy is a part of the Terms of Service, and the provisions of the Terms of Service shall apply to any matter not specified in this policy.
2 In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Policy and the Terms of Service, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail.
